My friends always tell me to upgrade my FX-8350 because it bottlenecks my R9 390, but I never listened because NZXT CAM 3.0 tells me on all games that GPU usage is always at 98-100% and CPU at less than 70%. ON GTA V I get 30 fps at high(not ultra) which I thought was normal and on Crysis 1 I get around 45 fps at max (which I thought was normal). My eyes were opened by a video that flipped the usage. I don't know whats wrong, but can someone help?
