Running at that temperature and sensible voltages is what chips are meant to do. Running a chip at all causes it to age faster than not running it at all, but that's what chips are for.
Definitely not 1% or 5% or even close. Running for one day like that has used one day of its life, which I would conservatively estimate at 0.025%
