My friend bought a graphics card a while ago and hes had nothing but problems with it. Hes put it into 4 different computer set ups and just logging in or opening a program will shut the entire system down. He put it in my tower, it crashes less often but still happens. I have an 850W power supply and a z170-a motherboard. The graphics card is the AMD R9 390. It was brand new and it started out just flickering and acting up not even a month later.
We've downloaded all the available drivers. None help. Not really even a difference.
The computer shuts off but its in a standy-by like mode? Have to hold power button to get it back on.
