I had this problem since gtx970, now on 980ti problem persist. I changed numerous times OS, many drivers. Some were more stable some not. For example I've been using 362.00 since release, I've been getting crashes in Diablo 3 every second day usually soon after starting PC (like hour or two), but today I got them 2 times in a row.
On same drivers I played The Division 50 hours no crash, Witcher 3 for about 100 hours in 7 days where I encountered only once crash.
Same 362.00 drivers are installed on my wife PC, no issues on gtx960.
I tried both clock and no-overclock but issue remains, if not every day then once in couple days so I really cant test or compare does something work since it might happen just after I'm sure that it's fine.
I changed monitor, gpu, psu, both ram sticks. I got SSD aswel. So basically only i7 4770k + g45 z87 mobo are there in my PC since begining of this PC. I keep my cpu clocked on 4.0 with Evo212 no issues.
Any idea what might be the problem ? I always use DDU Cleaner in Safemode, I'm just getting tired of this.
