Hello there, I am experiencing huge lag spikes OR disconnects in games like league of legends (lag spikes), Rust (disconnects), heroes of the storm (lag spikes)...etc etc. I am a gamer by profession however and I can't have that happening. This happens a bit randomly, varying from 30 mins to 1-2 hours, give or take. But happens constantly and daily. Now, some info that might help you guys narrow down the problem...

Firstly, I have this router: ZXV10 H201L , my ISP is: Cyta and I live in Greece, Chania and my connection is speeds are something like this: http://prntscr.com/b6c54o . I keep my WLAN off, just in case someone else could be using the internet in any way with or without my knowledge for more than just a day to make sure it's not that. Also, I am aware that I am not downloading anything, or excessively use the internet speed capacities otherwise whilst playing those said games. I have also changed both my phone cable that goes from the plug to the router AND my ethernet cable, with brand new ones, but still the issue persists as it did before, no change there.

I've checked for viruses using, BitDefender Total Security, Malwarebytes - Antimalware, Spybot Search & Destroy and everything seems good. I've ran several tests to check my pc's overall health...using certain window's default methods...as well as PC Doctor toolbox and other programs to check my HDD's and SSD's health as well and everything seems perfect there too.

Here are my PC specifications:
MOBO: P8P67 Pro Revised version 3.0
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX960
CPU: i5 2500k (at default settings)
RAM: 2x 4GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 (not sure which exact model now)
PSU: Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold 1000W
HDD: 1TB WesternDigital Caviar Black
SSD: 120 GB OCZ Vertex 3

I am using my mobo's intergrated network card for the ethernet connection. I've contacted my ISP as well and they've been monitoring as well as altering after a while some configurations about my internet connection as they claimed to see if that helped, however it didn't. All they said was that during the monitoring session which was more than 24 hours too, if not 48.... that there were some download overuse at certain points...and I am afraid they just caught the timings of when I was probably downloading some movie or watching it on youtube or something and not the actual lag spikes my connection has.

Ok so, I have some theories / questions...like, would it be possible to be caused by my inner house cabling....? would that be possible in that fashion it's happening now? Could it be my router (which I am starting to think could be the problem) ... Could it be some program I used to unpark my CPU cores and that perhaps makes my PC unresponsive briefly? (Although that's not the case since I can freely perform any other action during those 3-4 seconds of lag spiking / disconnects)... I'd really appreciate some insight / solutions / suggestions from some people with expertise on the field. Thank you in advance for your time....
