I played around with undervolting GPU (Asus R9 280x Direct Cut II) and looks like I fucked something up. PC doesn't boot - just black screen.
Is there a way I can reset BIOS? I can't find the switch on GPU itself, is there some other way to do it?

I had 2 GPUs in PC when this happened, one VaporX Sapphire and this Asus. They don't have same clock speed ect, and now I think I flashed bios for both cards which seems Asus doesn't like.
