I have few questions. I am just building my new 400€ budget PC. But its first time for me and I am not sure about compatibility of some components.

1. I am not decided between these two motherboards: MSI H81-E33 vs MSI H81-E34. Why is E33 cheaper for about 10 bucks? I checked specs and they are almost same. The only difference seems to be in USB 3.0 connectors on rear panel. Is there any other significant difference?

2. If I pick MSI motherboard can I use only MSI graphic cards? Cause I planned to buy GIGABYTE R7 250 Ultra Durable 2 2GB. Is this compatibile with motherboards mentioned above?

3. Are those motherboards compatibile with HX316C10FBK2/8 or KVR16N11S8K2/8 RAM?

4. Is 400W PSU enough (Zalman ZM400-LX) or I should go for 450W (Corsair VS450) for this:
- Intel i5-4460
- 8GB RAM
- AMD R7 250 2GB
- 1TB HDD
- 25W repro

I will use PC mostly on video editing/rendering. I play games only occasionally and I am not interested in playing latest games on highest specs :)

Thanks for any advice.

Just now I knew that Zalman made PSUs... I don't want to really try one. I'd get the VS, even though the Zalman is still going to be ample.

Yes, the gigabyte will be compatible with MSI boards. There is no significant difference over the two boards. I'd get the E33 if it's 10$ cheaper, but probably the E34 will be better if you like to use a lot of USB devices.
