I have a f501A laptop with 64 bits, 4 gb RAM and the microprocesor runs at 2,4 máximum.
Do you recomend to OC?
If so, how?

Solution

Laptops generally have no overclocking in bios and were not thermally designed to do so

i would suggest a SSD as the HDD 500GB 5400RPM is the slowest part there, you would need to clone your windows to the new drive though. Some SSD's come with cloning software.

Is it way slower than when it was first bought? Have you checked for viruses etc, done a HDD defrag? Ran chkdsk/r in command prompt?

I have the disk desfragmentate.
I search for viruses yesterday.
(I tried with avast!, avira, spybot and panda, later on,I have uninstal al except avast!.
I hace C: with only 23,3 gigabites use, and D: with 54 gigabites used.
I have changed the "model of windows";
I put it to see worse, like windows 95, no like 8,1.
I dont know what to do.
I remember, that one day I have format the computer, all free, it also became slow.
Muy computer works with a lag;
It cant move the cursor free, It stops un the path, it takes more ir less 10 minutes to start, and always de disk and RAM are saturated.

How much the harddrive costs?
Where I can buy it?
It would be the best solucion?
I can spend 450 € in a new computer.
Sould I buy one?
Sorry forma muy speling, I dont have my computer, im with my mobile and it has the corrector for spanish, and Im spanish.:pt1cable:
