Guys.. Help me! And please pardon me because I will tell you what has happened from the scratch for you to trace the origin of the problem..
I appreciate your time reading this and please, beg me your patience and know thar for the sake of getting better diagnosis I have to describe my issue in details for you, so here's what happened..

I have built a pc 3 years ago consisting of..

*MOBO: MSI FXA990 GD65 AM3+
*CPU: AMD FX 6300 ~3.5ghz

*RAM: 2x 4GB KINGSTONE DDR3 RAM = 8GB Total.

*GPU: XFX ATI R7750 (4 GB VRAM)
*HDD SIZE: 2TB
*PSU: **..along with the thread..**

.. the pc was working fine with me for 2 years without a single problem until one day my motherboard was making a beep sound whenever I press specific keys on keyboard (can't remember whether the beep sound was from the built in speaker or from the external speaker).. while investigating (.. and screw the-batman-detective-role I played) I screwed something in the ORIGINAL PSU by mistake: I switched the red key found in my COOLER MASTER PSU guessing that this was making the beep sound [I swear I wasn't high or something xD but that what came to my mind back then].. and ofcourse changing the voltage made the PSU deliver extra power to the unit! And once I pressed the power button, the PSU has BLOWN up making fire like firecrackers! I unplugged the power immediately and went to a technician to examine the pc. he told me that this blow didn't affect my pc components, and changing the damaged PSU will get my pc up and running just the way it was!
so I did get another cheap used 400wat PSU temporarily until I get an original COOLER MASTER PSU like the damaged one :'(..

About a year later.. my pc was actually running very good without any problem of anykind. untill, 2 weeks ago something else has happened and this is my current issue I have came here to ask about:

It has begun 2 weeks ago, my motherboard (NOT THE CASE ITSELF) went to a very wierd state of an immediate shutting off! it's like suddenly without any notice after random periods of time (before or after windows startup) I get this:
1-Motherboard Components turns off immediately.
2-CASE power led BLINKS forever.
3-No way to force restart from the reboot button, or force shut down from the power button unless I unplug the power and re-plug again and then power up from POWER BUTTON.

..and so on, I get the same state over and over after random periods of time!!
I thought it was an operating system issue since I recently -before this happen- have installed Windows 10 x64 bit over my Windows 7 x64.. therefore, I began to clean install Windows 7 x64 and wipe everything from the [C:] Drive which hold the system files.. but even yet.. the problem showed up again right after the installation: the MOBO turns off leaving the power led BLINKING!.

Currently with the newly installed windows 7 I can run my pc normally but after about 3 Hours maximum I get the shut off frustrating issue!
I thought also it maybe a PSU failure, but many technicians told me there's nothing to do with my PSU because the readings of electricity delivery is fine and normal!.. but they adviced me to monitor the CPU for overheating, I got the readings on the CPU Temperature, and it's about [55°C-64°C], and however I tried to cool my pc down, but I found this has nothing to do with overheating... it just HAPPENS RANDOMLY AND THIS IS FRUSTRATING ME!

Please, help. and tell me if there is any possible fix or repaire to this? or is there any similar case to what I have?

I don't want to consider changing the motherboard before I make sure that it's actually a 100% Motherboard failure issue.

--THANKS FOR YOUR TIME READING THIS.. appreciate it a lot, and waiting your suggestions.

Solution
The PSU may be at fault despite showing right voltages. If it's not some good make and model it's power is right at edge anyway. When processor is overheated it would first start throttling down before it cut's out.
