anything like this device is bound to produce a lot of static electricity and be potentially harmful . Use a can of compressed are designed for cleaning computers and circuit boards

I'd have to agree with the above poster. That blower looks to big and cumbersome to try and maneuver within the small confines of a PC case and all its components.
Either get a can of compressed air or get a small portable air compressor. Husky makes some good smaller air compressors. And the attachment hoses that come with an air compressor make it very handy to get into those hard to reach places inside of computer cases.
