PCI Simple Communications Controller Driver not installing.

I did a clean install on my computer and a list of drivers were uninstalled. I have gotten all of them resolved except my PCI Simple Communications Controller Driver.

I have a ASUS Z87-A mobo and I am using Windows 7 64bit. My driver support disk is scratched so I've been trying online resources.

I have tried the following driver updates and all fail in some sort of way:

Intel(R) Management Engine Interface V9.5.14.1724 for Windows 7/8/8.1 32bit & 64bit.(WHQL)

Intel(R) Chipset Software Installation Utility V9.4.0.1026 for Windows 7/8/8.1 32bit & 64bit.(WHQL)

Management Engine Interface V9.0.0.1287 for Windows Win7 64bit & Win8 64bit---(WHQL).
Management Engine Interface V9.0.0.1287 for Windows Win7 32bit & Win8 32bit---(WHQL). (Hotfix 2)

Intel Chipset Driver V9.4.0.1017 for Windows 7 32/64bit & Windows 8 32/64bit.(WHQL)

Intel(R) Management Engine Interface V9.0.0.1287 for Windows 7/8 32bit & 64bit.(WHQL)

And also one more drive on Intel's website @ https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-INF-Update-Utility-

Can anyone suggest what I might try to fix this problem?

Yes that is where I tried all the drivers I listed above with the exception of the one from Intel's site. All of which failed to install.
