2ssd 1 hard drive how should i set them up?

so i have two adata drives a 256gb and a 32gb then i have a 3tb hard drive. My idea i had was to make the 32gb ssd as my os drive then set up my 256gb ssd as a cache drive for my 3tb then set that raid/cache thing into my c drive.

see i had thought about that but a lot of people said that the 32gb ssd would not be enough to cache for the 3tb. i do record and stream. so that also might be the reason why.
