Proper airflow for my case

So, I want to change airflow in my case, because my FX8350 overheated lately and shut down.

My case is old one reused from server.
That's how airflow goes in my computer when case is closed http://imgur.com/A1Wp5Ta
But it overheats everything then so I keep case open.

I don't have any DVDs nor panels to close that opening and also I lost all panels to close openings on the rear for any PCI cards.

I also bought watercooling system for my cpu (should arrive anyday now), but I saw it's construction and I already know I'll go retarded when I'll try to find place to put the radiator and fan which are suppose to cool down the liquid.

Because those might matter too...
CPU - FX-8350
GPU - GTX970
MoBo - Asus M5A99X EVO 2
PSU - TS XFX 750W
WaterCooler - CoolerMaster Seidon 120V V2

Solution
the radiator would normally mount wherever you could mount a 120mm fan
so, the back of the case, seems like an easy and effective option,

in your situation, the psu ends up sucking the hot air from the rest of the system, so if you could afford it, i suggest getting a different case, one with the psu mounted at the bottom. that way, the psu would have its own airflow, completely separate from the rest of the case, something like this:

1. i'm pretty sure most gpu's have their fans blowing air onto it's pcb, meaning that air flows from the bottom of the case towards the area of the cpu.
2. what exact case do you have right now?

3. Most importantly, what is your question?

You're right. GPU sucks air onto itself rather push it away.

I don't have any info how it calls or what serial number it has... I had to make a photo - http://imgur.com/ROXsIbH

My question is to how to improve airflow in my case. Including this water cooling (even though on picture it's not there yet).
My case doesn't stand that close to the wall, but to decrease overexposure from outside I had to move it. Window behind it isn't really tight so there's always some cold air coming through it.

I don't know. Because that's going to be my first watercooling system. I thought either to put it under the psu (in pic there's barely visible fan, not working atm... Damn camera exposure ;P) or make a holding structure to place on edge of case (there where psu cables goes on top of the case). It would stick away from the case, probably having fan headed up. I don't know how long the cords are, 'cuz like I said I don't have this system physically in possession.

Thank you. I'll try later see temperatures with case closed and opened, write results and pick your answer as solution. :)
As for case that might be a good idea. This case was new 20y ago anyway. :D

Yes your PC specs are good, but it's inside a potato , (stealth machine that no one will steal ! )
A new case would be a great help, if not you will have to ghetto mod it,
cut a hole in the top for the radiator ... or if you can not find tools, put the rad outside through the IO ports,
and leave hanging outside.

My case doesn't support this 120mm fan. Only 80mm fitted there. For now I placed the radiator to the edge of the case (with screws obviously).
Not that's a perfect solution, because it sucks cold air and push out hot air into the upper part of motherboard, but... June ends with letter E, just like case which I'm going to buy then. :p

Once more thank you Thineswar.

Well, Spencer_10. This case was doing well for last 21 years, until more power was inside and global warming occured. ;D

Update - The new case will be AeroCool Strike-X Advance Black Edition. It has good airflow design by default from what I read.
