What games can I play with the r7 360 oc?

Hello, guys!,
I just wanted to know what I can play on these specs
i5 4460
16 gb of ram
r7 360 oc
antec 620m

Preferably games from 2014 to 2016
like Elder scrolls online (not sure if I can play high settings with my specs)
or Fallout 4

You can play most modern titles well.

Fallout 4 is a strange one, everyone gets problems in the City, (45 FPS on a 980gtx but 150+ everywhere else) you have to have your frames locked in this game otherwise the mini games (unlocking safes etc wont be usable)

By default Vsync is on to achieve this but its horrible , so turn it off and lock frame rate at your monitor refresh instead.

If you don't mind turning off Antialiasing you will be able to play any new game well at 60fps+
