My ASUS T100 connects to wifi at home but won't connect when I go elsewher, especially out of the country. I live in Italy and it wouldn't connect in other parts of Italy or in other European countires. This is only recent, after upgrading to Windows 10. Ealier there was no problem. I have Kaspersky anti-virus.

Check for updated drivers for your device, also need more details about exactly what you mean by can't connect. It does not see the WiFi signals? It won't accept the passwords?

If it does not see it, how do you know they are there? Are you in the same areas as before? Did you maybe have the wireless hardware off? To check for drivers, to to ASUS's support site, search for your device model.
