CPU Cooler Compatibility with MotherBoard

Greetings, this is my first post on this site.

The Question:
I have an Asus h81m-d and I was wondering if a Cooler Master 212 or the T4 would fit my Motherboard without hitting my Rams... There were dimensions on these items and I don't know how the measuring works. What steps should /i do first? I'm kind of new to pc building...

If it's RAM without fancy Heatsinks you're off to the races! Unless the the Horse ends being a suicidal Duck of some sort, I have the same cooler and, the fanciest Heatsinks by the way. So it likely doesn't matter :3
