Hi
How do I redirect the default install location for the programs in my computer to the HDD(F ) from SSD(c). The C is the boot drive and F is for data and everything and I have clean installed win 10 in the SSD.

Solution

For a Win 10 install, and a 64GB drive, you should have around 30GB usable space left.

But for your main question, just choose where you want things. But as said, applications don't really take up much space. Even something large like MS Office Pro only uses about 3GB of drive space.

Same with image editing applications.
My Lightroom and Paintshop Pro applications only use up about 2GB combined.
The folder with the pictures takes about 50GB. That folder lives on a different drive.

Generally, you don't.
Many things, you do want on the SSD. And the vast majority of applications give the option of where.

Yes, there are various registry hacks that will do this. And someone will be along to tell you about them.
However...I strongly suggest not doing that.

What size is this SSD?
Applications don't really take up a lot of space. Movie/music/docs/games...those take up space.
And are easy to have be elsewhere.

Which OS? For 7 or 8.1, that is right on the edge of 'too small'.
But, as said, many things you DO want on the SSD. Antivirus, browsers, etc.

For everything else, you choose where it goes.

For Steam games, it is really easy to have those live on the HDD.
Here -
In the steam client:
