Happens after I restart , I opened my computer, my second hard drive is not displayed on the inside, I restarted many times, but is the same?i dont know why?I know the lights flash hard drive is operating, but a black screen after the lights did not flash.

Sounds like you had a power failure and it killed one of your disks. Try using that disk in an external enclosure or another computer, if neither works you have a dead drive.
You should also tell us your specs, I have a feeling your PSU is pretty bad or just in bad shape.

Sometimes i no do something,the hard disk will increase the usage 100% and my computer will stuck,then Black screen,only HDD,SDD will not.
