Solution
Mainly a very good build.

You don't need a separate CPU cooler.
A $35 case with good reviews on amazon should be plenty.
You only need 2 case fans, one at the back, one at the front, and some cases come with fans included.
A seasonic 520W PSU is much longer lasting.

Adding a samsung evo 250GB SSD will make your computer very much nicer to use.

You can get a much nicer monitor for $50 more..... you spend a lot of time staring at it, so it will be worth it
