Hello, I was wondering if I could upgrade my pc just a bit on the RAM part. So can I buy one or two 8gb Ram sticks and put them in while I have two 4gb Ram sticks already in?
(I have space for 4 RAM sticks)

Maybe. Mix and match on RAM has no guarantees. The most stable option is to buy a matched set of memory (whatever size you want) and sell the stuff you have.
If you can match voltage and timings on your existing RAM it should work but again there is no way to reliably predict.
