Noctua i4 CPU Cooler for Intel Xeon CPU

The cooler can be configed for narrow and square assemblies

Will it fit this board? the sockets look very close.

yup coolers for 2011 will fit 2011 v3 however for almost any xeons just about any cooler will work i run a hyper 212 and it keeps it very cool
