You talking about the little heat sinks under the CPU? That's the north bridge and the south bridge. Its normal for those to get very hot, and they are made to get hot. No worry's, it will be fine.

Yeah how are you recording the temps? please don't say just because speedfan max's out your fan speeds.... Get a temp monitor or go into bios to see the actual temp of your board.
speedfan doesnt change my fan speeds. and im using speedfan to record the temps. also i just touch the heatsink and i could be really hot. i moved 2nd fan to point at them and maybe that will be ok. anyway just after i booted up computer after whole night it showed 47 C. also the cable from power cord is short so its touching the heatsinks. is it safe? (8 pin one)
