Is the amd athlon II x3 455 good for gaming?

I know it is a really old cpu but I need to change my mobo to by another one. I will pair it with the xfx r7 360 and 8 gigabytes of ram. Will it be able to run games like fifa 16, civilization V, cod and simcity?

An athlon II 455 is a fairly weak CPU by today's standards and will not give an impressive performance in modern games but it will work and I would consider it a pretty good match for the entry level r7 360.

It may be slow because she may have like 512Mb ram and multitasking at the same time.

No, it has 4Gb of memory.
It is slow because of the crappy AMD processor

Well, my pc has 4Gb of ddr3 1333mhz and that processor and it runs buttery smooth on everyday tasks...

Are they able to play the games I referred to on the description at 720p with mid to high settings?
