Want to Overclock Intel E7500

So i want to overclock my Intel dual core E7500 2.93GHz to at least 3.00GHz no more than that however the computer i have is pretty low on specs so i want to know if its possible to reach that frequency safely without investing in other parts as im getting a new PC later this year but for now im stuck with this one i will provide the specs below thanks in advance

PC- Inspiron 530
CPU - Intel E7500 2.93GHz
PSU - 400W
Cooling - Stock
Motherboard - Stock
OS - WIN 7 (32bit)
RAM - 4GB

‚I doubt that BIOS would let you do any OC. Brand name computer manufacturers have very restrictive BIOS features. In case it does, a couple oh hundred MHz would not be worth aggravation.

That doesn't really answer my question its possible to OC the bios i just want to know if serious problems can occur because of the current specs like the cooling being a stock model in your opinion will a slight increasement damage my cpu ?
