One of the USB 3 ports in the front doesn't work properly...
This is Intel Core i7 960@3.2 GHz 46bit installed memory 24 GB. Windows 8.1 pro Desk Top Computer.
I just bought a 5.25 CDROM Bay USB 3.0 Front Panel Ports with expansion NEC-PCI E Express Card.
A Samsung 120GB SSD Hard Drive with Sabrent Toaster Style USB 3 connector which has own power supply are unstable like connecting then disconnecting on off on off. Fanny things are this SSD Hard Drive works with 3 other USB 3 Ports properly and a USB 3 Card Reader works with all 4 USB 3 Ports.
Please let me know what is wrong.
