Cooler Master Eisberg 240L Prestige fan is wobbling.

I got the Cooler Master Eisberg 240L Prestige about 6 months ago, and only now have I decided to put it in my computer. However, while checking the pieces that came with it, I noticed something odd with the fans.

While one of the fans was absolutely normal, the other fan wasn't attached well. If I tried to spin the normal fan with my finger, it normally spun, like a fan. But if try to spin the other fan, it almost instantly dips down and stops. Upon closer inspection, the blades were coming off very easily from the actual fan. So I took them off, and looked at how it was inside.

From what I managed to figure out, the fan works by attaching the blades to the motor using a magnet that will spin when the fan is turned on. However, the normal fan does seem to be stuck REALLY tightly to the motor, Much more than if it was only a magnet. But since I probably shouldn't open the normal fan to make sure of that, I can't be sure.

The normal fan has the blades pretty much stuck to the motor, while the other fan is barely attached, and wobbles really easily. I'm planning on using superglue (not hot glue) on the area around the magnet (the area that is still loose, so it still rotates) to firmly attach the blades and the motor together, however I want to know if that's what I really should be doing.

If photos are needed, tell me, and I'll try to provide them.

Extra question: Since my water cooler uses 2 fans, I assume I have to use 2 fans for it to work properly. What would be the potential problems if I only used one of the fans?

EDIT: I FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM, BUT I CAN'T REALLY SOLVE IT: When the fans came, one of them was already broken. So, the actual broken part is that the plastic that held together the magnet and the blades tore apart, and there's not a real way to fix it. The best way to fix it (that I think, that is) is through supergluing it back together and/or buying another fan. However, I can't contact cooler master and where I live there isn't an official Cooler Master store (I think). So, both questions still stand: Should I glue it? And, if not, can the cooler work with only a single fan?

I wouldn't recommend supergluing it. Best thing to do is to just get a new fan. You can get a new fan for around $8.

Yes you can use only one fan, but you will notice your cooling performance will drop dramatically.

Yeah, I'm proably going to end up buying another fan. After about 12-16 hours of searching I found that out.

Extra extra question: Is it bad to use 2 different fans? Because either I buy another, completely different fan right now, buy two of the completely different fans or wait 6 more months to get myself the same fan as the one that came with the cooler.

Its not bad at all. You might even find that another fan pulls more air than the stock fan (creating a cooler GPU).

I guess. But won't the difference in air-pulling be bad for the cooler?

I don't see how it would be bad. Unless the one you're getting under performs the stock one.

Ok, then i've decided i'll get a fan with 1600+ RPM to replace the broken one (since the normal one had 1600 RPM)

Thanks!
