CPU: Intel Core i5-6600 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG C7 40.5 CFM CPU Cooler

Thermal Paste: Comes with cpu cooler.

Motherboard: MSI Z170A SLI PLUS ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

GPU: I will add a 1070 when I have enough money. Will Integrated Graphics be enough for CSGO and League of Legends?

Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

If you are not getting the i5-6600k, don't bother with the Z170 motherboard. You will be fine with a H170 motherboard. The Z170 boards a for overclocking and the non-k CPU can't be OC'd.

Can you add more PSU information or a link to the one you are looking at, so we can make sure it's a good model.

As above, though you may want a Z170 board if you want to use faster RAM which may benefit some games, or if you see a K chip as a future upgrade. Plus, the C7 and paste is not needed as the i5 6600 comes with a cooler and paste.

You don't z170 board unless your getting k processor to match. I would consider getting 16 gb of ram as 8 gb will be obsolete soon. If you can afford an ssd you system will be more responsive. Integrated graphics will do fine with LOL (I used to play with a much weaker gt 330m). Otherwise, Great build!
