the psu is a seasonic s12ii 620w
the gpu is Palit GTX 960 4gb i might get a Palit GTX 970 4gb if my budget can buy it
does this psu handle the Palit GTX 960 4gb and GTX 970?

The Seasonic PSU can easily handle either of those cards and can handle a pair of the Palit 960's in SLI.
