Hi,
so I got this issue where my games stutter, not all games, most games.
Heroes of the storm is one example and neverwinter the other.
in neverwinter there are options to tune down gpu and cpu bount settings which I did both and none affected the game.
It is not lag but microstutter. The fps counter in heroes of the storm does not move from 60ish.
I have 60ms which is good for my region.
My specs:
Gtx 980 4gb
Mobo: dell precision t3600 Model:08HPGT
Cpu: intel xeon e5-1620 3.6ghz.
Ram: 16gb non-ecc 2x8gb.
psu: 635w (dual)
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit.
I have asked on another post about the temps and they are fine.
Also any unnecessary solution like antivirus and such easy tasks have been already made, just to make it very simple, a clean HDD paired with a new ssd.
So the storage is wiped and fresh.
