I keep getting fps drops in all games. I first noticed it in cs go when i would get random drops to about 50 fps from about 250. Then i noticed it is happening in most of the games im playing. I cleaned my pc of dust and i am getting a new cpu fan (cooler master hyper 212 evo) as i am still using the one you get in the box (its super loud and awful). i have tried fixes like messing around with the game files but that didnt fix anything so i noticed its probably a hardware issue. Also tried unparking cores on my cpu but that also changed nothing.
My pc specs;
CPU: AMD FX 8320
GPU: nvidia geforce gtx 950
RAM: 8gb hyper x fury
hard drive: 1tb wd blue
