I bought a laptop that comes with 1TB HDD and 24GB SSD (ASUS TP500LN- DN109H) But the SSD isn't showing up in "This PC". It's Healthy and Online at Disk Management but I can't find it anywhere and can't use it. Does anybody have a solution? This is how it shows up on Disk Management and what happens when I right click on it

Solution
Hey there, Abdallah Rabah!

Your SSD is too small for you to use for data. It seems like your laptop came with the pre-installed Windows version and your OEM partition is on that SSD. You should refer to Intel RST and check how the SSD is configured there. I suspect that it is set up as an SSD cache for your 1 TB HDD from where you actually boot. This storage setup is optimal for your 24 GB SSD. The caching on the HDD allows you to boot faster by storing the most frequently used data on the SSD cache. However, that cache capacity is not available to you for any additional data storage.

Hope this was helpful. Keep us posted if you have more questions! :)
