RAM= 2GB
PROCESSOR= Pentium(R)Dual Core CPU E5500 @ 2.80GHz 2.80GHz
MOTHERBOARD= ASUS P5KPL-AM EPU

Any mobo that has a PCI-e x16 slot will support any graphics card irrespective of memory type. As for your mobo it has a PCI-e x16 slot, so it is supported.

Get a graphics card with GDDR5 memory like a GT 730.
