First gaming PC build

I am looking to build my first gaming PC. I don't really have any experience on the subject and I was wondering if this is a good build. My budget is around $1000.

Could this build run games like witcher 3, just cause 3, fallout 4 and battlefield 4 at 1080p 60fps? Please recommend any parts that you think are better.

I noticed that this build does not have a couple cooler. Is the noctua NH-D14 a good choice

You really don't need a CPU cooler as the i5 6500 comes with one. If you just want something quieter, an EVO 212 or Cryorig H7 would be OK to use. Nothing wrong with the Noctua, but they are big, heavy, and expensive.
