Need Help Choosing a Motherboard

As the title says i am trying to pick between a - Asus Z170-DELUXE ATX LGA1151 Motherboard - MSI Z170A GAMING M7 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard - Asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard.

This is my first time building a computer so i'm not really sure of what i am doing so would really appreciate the help,

This will mainly be a gaming PC and money isn't an issue.

Hello friend.

In this day and age alot of the motherboards are the same as one another. The biggest concern is if you are overclocking or not? If you do decide to do some moderate overclocking you will need a gaming motherboard that puts emphasis on the VRM's (Voltage regulation)

This is the components surrounding the CPU. On a lot of gaming motherboards they use heatsinks to disperse the heat from the MOSFETS and Chokes. This allows you to comfortably pump more voltage into your CPU without worrying about your VRM's frying up like eggs (it's happened to me before)

In short, if you are doing moderate to heavy overclocking I would recommend a gaming motherboard. If you're keeping everything stock or light overclocking, the deluxe...
