Hey guys,
A long time ago, I upgraded my HDD drive to SSD drive and this month I bought a PS3 (12gb) and I wanted to use my old HDD to make the upgrade on my PS3.
When I took the HDD, I runs a S.M.A.R.T test only to ensure everything is ok and I got this results:

Do you think that the HDD is broken or can i fix it?
I searched over the internet and the results I got is from this error but the HDD were laggy, etc. My HDD was fine, for the last time I remeber.
There is some program I can use to fix it or he is just dead?
Sorry for my noob question and my bad english,

Regards.

Hi there ivansantos,

As the SMART report shows that there is something wrong with the HDD, then you should store important data on the drive.
In most cases, you can't really fix HDD related issues as they are caused by some mechanical flaws, not software ones.

Anyway, I believe it will not hurt to test the drive with some other tools as well, as Spencer_10 suggested: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
