Is this ram compatible?

Hello, I have a prebuilt hp compaq dx 2300 microtower with an msi 0A90 motherboard and I would like to upgrade its ram because it's simply not enough for today's standards. So I found this http://goo.gl/Ag6vt0 on ebay but I am wondering if it will work or not. If you can answer please do because I do not understand why the seller states that this ram module is compatible with amd processors only! And I dont know if there are any problems with max bandwidth of the memory which cpu-z says is PC2-5300 (333 Mhz).
Any help will be appriciated!

From the memory chips used on these modules, and with reference to the 946GZ chipset used in the DX2300 computer, it appears that these modules are not compatible due to unsupported memory chip architecture used in the memory chips.
