Hello everyone.
So, I own a HP 4540s, which has 2 GPUs. Last night my AMD drivers disappeared. I tried to install them again but with no success. I even did a clean install on the OS. I tried 3 versions of the drivers, but all I got is this: http://imgur.com/E7q1iUv . I can only install the AMD install manager. The device manager does not recognize the GPU too. I can see only the Intel HD graphics. One more thing that might be helpful- my laptop froze last night while I was browsing and I had to turn it off from the ON/OFF button...

My AMD GPU is HD 7650m 2GB
OS: Windows 10 64 bit.

I dont know if it would help but when something FKed up happens and i mess Up my Bios and drivers i just remove the Cell from my motherboard turing it completely Dead and then putting it back and giving back electricity .. now Bios is reverted to Factory state and reinstalling windows and drivers seems to fix things up for me ... I overclock to get the hell out of it

Now I checked my system information and it shows that I have 4,64 GB of RAM available, but it should be 6 GB. In task manager shows that I have 1,4 GB in hardware reserved. What does that mean?

That's the Intel HD graphics reserving VRAM. Like I said it sounds like your GPU is not enabled, if BIOS settings don't work there's a good chance it's dead or you are using the wrong driver version.

Try the version from HP Website. Have you tried reverting your Laptop to factory settings? Does HP have a complete factory reset on that system?

I fixed the ram issue- had to uncheck "maximum memory" from "BOOT advanced options.

I tried the driver version from the HP site- same result.
My BIOS is reverted to factory settings.
I even uninstalled the drivers with DDU in safe mode...
