Hello,
Windows 7 or Windows 10 for my PC for Gaming.
What should I choose? And please explain why, if you don't mind.

My Specs:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93GHz
Ram: 6GB DDR2
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5450

No reason not to use W10, as it has just as good a compatibility mode as any of them since XP. Plus, support for Dx12 will only get better going forward.
