Different Ram Compatibility?

Hello! im trying to find out if i could buy 8gb(2 x 4gb) of ram for my pc due to the need of it. I already have 8 gb (2 x 4gb) of adata xpg v2 and since they are really expensive im looking to buy a cheaper brand, budget is 40-60$
My motherboard and cpu are the ASROCK 990fx extreme 3 and the AMD FX 8250.

i highly encourage you not to do that. mixing ram is a bad idea as a whole. some motherboards won't do it or if they do the performance is severally handicapped in mixed mode. I urge you to get more of the same exact make and model of ram if your going to add more to your system. In the long run you'll be much happier with your results.
