ASRock Z97 Anniversary. don't mention how much DRAM so for 8GB a 2x4GB set of 1600/9 or 1866/9 GSkill Snipers and a H7 cooler from Cryorig

DRAM and RAM is the same, for desktops it's also referred to as SDRAM. most people just call the system memory DIMMs (I call them sticks) RAM. People also call the sticks, Blocks, bricks, and avariety of other things
