My computer wasn't turning on one day so I decided to take it apart and clean it a little, I put it all back together, after putting it together everything seemed to fit, only problem i seemed to have was fitting the cpu fan cooler, i ended up breaking a couple of the pins on it and now it won't latch into the motherboard, it is still on top of the cpu though, after booting on my computer i noticed it was going really slow, so i've ran antivirus scans and defragged my computer and it has not changed it, my cpu usage has gone up to 100% with just one thing being open and i've never had problems before taking it apart, was able to have streams open and play games on high settings and have perfect fps, please help thanks.
CPU usage went from very low to 100% after taking apart my computer and putting it back together.

u need to fix tht cpu heatsink...its not cooling properly inspite of being on top of the cpu...
