hi, I have a sanDisk Cruzer 16 GB. The problem is that, when I insert it into my laptop, the memory shows only 199 MB not 16 GB. Can anyone tell this problem? plz.......

Solution
If that usb drive was bootable, there's a chance a normal formatting won't work. I fixed that using easeus partition master. In this program (or any similar one) you'll see that there's unallocated space on it. You have to delete the partition and reallocate the space. As far as I know, this can also be done through command prompt, but I don't know how. It was a lot easier like this.
