Really need to optimize my PC. Got some weird frame rate drops and inconsistencies.
For example Heros of the Storm run at 60fps but the longer I play the more the fps drops, to actually get to 16fps in fights - everything is on high.
System:
i5 2500 - not sure it's K, I knew it was K, but cpu-z doesn't show it as K...

8GB DDR3 Hyper X
SATA3 SSD 250GB Hyper X
Palit GeForce GTX660 2GB DDR5 192bit
Windows 10
Even though the i5 should get to 3.7GHz in turbo, can't seem to get the cpu to get over 3.4GHz...
The temp for cpu doesn't go over 56Celsius and the video never goes over 73Celsius when I'm playing.
Looking for some suggestion on how to optimize and to test my PC to see if it's stable.
Any BIOS changes ideas would be appreciated.
The biggest issue I have is that I can get my CPU to go to 3.7GHz in turbo.
Since I updated to windows 10 it doesn't even show the cpu as 2500k...
