7770 Crossfire in a bit of an antique system???

Evening all,

I'm going to open a floodgate of criticism for this setup I'm sure of it!

CPU: C2D E6600 2.4GHz
MB: ASUS P5W DH Deluxe
RAM: 3GB GeIL DDRII
GPU: Gigabyte HD 7770 OC 1024MB
HDD: Kingston 120GB SSD
PSU: Corsair VS650w

I've just been offered an identical Gigabyte HD 7770 for £20 so went for it.

Am I going to notice a single increase in performance if I Crossfire?

(I am planning on a major upgrade later this year to an i7 6700k + ASUS Z170)

Any thoughts welcome

What about my future upgrade?

Probably won't be replacing the GPU just yet as I don't game that often. But wouldn't mind getting into The Division and GTA V.

Is the PSU okay for Crossfire?
