I just got this new R7 260X graphics card and am wondering if it is compatible with my current motherboard. The graphics card's PCI Express version is 3, but I have no idea what version my motherboard's PCI Express slots are. I've checked the manufacturer's website, it lists the PCIE slots but not what version they are.

My motherboard's specifications.

The graphics card in question's specifications.

I've found the letters "PCIE3" under my motherboard's second PCI Express slot. This might mean they are V3, but I'd rather have confirmation.

Anyone got any ideas?

That board was made before PCI-e rev3 was released.

The PCIE3 you are seeing most likely indicated it is the 3rd pci-e slot from the top(x1 slot and 2 x16 slots).

I think you have 1.1, but you are in luck. The 260x should not have issues.

Please note in rare circumstances compatibly issues to still happen(but they are pretty rare).
