Ok so here's my build so far (I already bought the case , motherboard , ram , hdd) :

-Case: NZXT Phantom PHAN-001BK Black Steel / Plastic Enthusiast ATX Full Tower Computer
-Motherboard: Asus H170 pro gaming ATX
-Ram : Ripjaws G.skill 16gb ddr4 (2x8)
-Hard-Drive : WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache
-Cpu : Intel Core i7-6700 8M Skylake Quad-Core 3.4 GHz LGA 1151 65W
-Gpu :MSI GeForce GTX 970 GAMING 4G
-Psu:EVGA 220-G2-0650-Y1 80 PLUS GOLD 650W ECO Mode Fully Modular

I wanted to know what you guys think of this rig , since this is my first pc gaming build so far and i really want to know if the components and performance here would allow me to play most games on ultra at 60+ fps , most of my games i plan to play are mostly fps (csgo, battlefield, overwatch etc.) but a lot of other genre too . So if you would give me your opinion on this , it would be really appreciated ! (i plan to buy a ssd later on or upgrade my gpu too , since the mobo doesn't allow sli support)

PCPartPicker formatting would help me a ton.

The R9 390 is better and sometimes cheaper than the 970, or alternatively, you can wait for Polaris. You should also get an SSD and drop the CPU down to an i5-6500.

ok , thanks a lot for the tip ! but im wondering if the i5 6500 is really good for gaming , i mean , would it be effective as the i5 6600 or i7 6700 in term of gaming performances ? it has less ghz than both i5 6600 and i7 6700 . Im gonna buy an ssd later on but im thinking of buying the cpu really soon , so i want to make a good choice . I plan on streaming and doing some multitasking too , but not too much .
