I wanted to sell my custom AMD Pc, just not sure how much or where, the motherboard and cpu are new.

You could probably get 4-500 on a good day, most likely less.
Ebay if you want to, locally, craigslist etc.

I would part it out you might get more that way than selling the whole PC.

The AMD platform will put a hit on potential market. parting it out would be the bast option... from my perspective, the MoBo, CPU, EVGA and CLC cooler would have no value.... $200 - $300 for the rest.

The Case, PSU, and GPU are the most valuable things there imo.
If you can find a buyer, the H100i could get a fair amount of money.

Rule of Thumb - Take your build cost and then subtract 10% .... then 5% for each month of age for 6 months (60% value at this point) ... then 10% for every 6 months thereafter.

0.5 year old - 60% of build cost
1.0 - 50%
1.5 - 40%
2.0 - 30%
2.5 - 20%
3.0 - 10%

The motherboard / CPU are 3 years old and takes a hit as it is AMD w/ less market appeal
The Case / PSU is 2+ years old
The GFX card is 1.5 + years old and the SC must take a hit too (http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/graphics/2014/09/19/nvidia-geforce-gtx-970-review/3)
Everything else ?

Call it it 2 years old on average 30% of $1146 is < $350
