My budget is $800 and I'm hoping to play mostly FPS's and some other games such as Fallout 4, along with some video editing or streaming. Hoping for upgradeability, along with OS and monitor. I don't mind going a bit over budget but not past about $850.

Is there anyway to upgrade to a 4GB GPU?

You certainly can if you don't mind spending a little extra.

Had to drop the SSD, but that could be the first upgrade you do some time in the future

None of the omissions from the H110 chipset are necessarily relevant to basic gaming performance. If you forgo some future upgrade possibilities (two graphics cards, m.2, PCIe3x4 and 2 extra DIMMs) then there isn't much of a reason not to consider it. If you are really looking for ways to save every penny while maintaining good gaming performance, H110 is fine.

The lack of a pair of RAM slots makes a RAM upgrade more expensive at some future time .Instead of adding RAM you have to replace what you already have.

The 4 SATA ports on H110 versus 6 on B150 means adding storage could become a problem

All the pci-e lanes on the H110 are 2.0 standard . All the lanes on B150 are 3.0 standard with twice the bandwidth .
[ the lanes on the x16 slot are supplied by the processor so they at least can be 3.0 on H110]

If you are desperate to cut $7 from a build you have a point though

That is the reason I went for single 8GB RAM stick if he wants he can throw in 8GB more in future without any problem.

This H110 has PCIe 3.0 not 2.0 check out the link

If there is a motherboard that is better this, as long as it stays under the $850 limit, please tell me the model, just because I would prefer upgradeability. Otherwise the build seems great

This is probably a obvious question, but due to not having a optical drive, can I transfer the OS from a Disc to a USB, and how do I do that? just to make sure...

I have seen many customers who spend less at start and are up to me for regular upgrade of things as being not satisfied with PC and they land up spending more than those who spent high price to get PC they want.

Unfortunately, this is something that I have a strict budget for, I'm not willing to spend $850, I just need to be powerful enough to game at this price point. no offense.
