I have an Intel Core 2 duo E6550 2.33 Gh, and a 760 Gtx. I am building a new PC once I get the money saved. My question is if i buy a better graphics card then the one i have now and put it in this PC until i get the money saved would i be able to play games like Overwatch and other FPS. Thanks.

Best to save your money and wait till you can upgrade the whole system, your cpu will bottleneck if you try a better graphics card, you are limited by the cpu and it is holding you back so you won't get better performance trying to upgrade the 760 right now.
