Windows 7 won't restart

HI,

I have windows 7
I have installed a software which mess up with my Win 7, when I turn on laptop, win 7 won't re restart, only the blue screen.
I've tried to restore the system, it didn't restore to the previous day.( it said restore complete but it didn't restore to the previous day)
I've rebooted with Cd first but it didn't reboot.

It's definitely some bad software or driver which is preventing Windows from starting in normal mode.

In safe mode, uninstall that software which you think messed up your system, and uninstall anything else you can remember installing just before the problem occurred.

Then restart and see if normal mode runs okay.

I got into safe mode, I've tried system restore, it didn't work
sometimes it said start with safe mode or start with Win normally? so I start win , then I got this win 7 blue screen.
sometimes the blue screen appears without having the black screen.
